Nurse Aide & Home Health Aide

      • With Sandusky City Schools for seven years

If you have a desire to help others, then attend our Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide course and become dually certified.  All classes and clinical training are held at the Ohio Veterans Home, where students receive credit for clinical experience.  Volunteer hours benefit students with rapid job placement.
Career possibilities include: hospitals, long term care, home health, hospice, physicians office, assisted living and more.
Total cost includes: books, labs, clinicals, insurance,   uniform usage, entrance aptitude test and state test review. Unlike other courses, ours includes CPR for the adult, child and infant. Tuition: $700.00, Supplies:  $159.00, Textbook:  $22.00. State Testing fee is an additional $96.00. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of enrollment. The Sandusky Career Center is now a certified nurse aide testing center. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
